Terms of Service
1. The covenant of use
Zamar is a sanctuary for worship, not a marketplace for performance. By entering, you agree to honor every other worshipper as a fellow image-bearer. Disruptive, hateful, harassing, or commercial conduct breaks fellowship and ends your access.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). Founders Circle giving is open to those of legal contracting age.
3. Your voice, your account
You are responsible for the security of your sign-in credentials. Your microphone audio is processed locally on your device — Zamar does not record, transmit, or store your voice without explicit consent.
4. Content & moderation
Prayers, testimonies, and shared reflections must be true, lawful, and edifying. Worship leaders and admins may mute or remove disruptive participants and hide content that violates these terms.
5. Global Worship Stewardship
Zamar is sustained by the generosity of its worshippers. Gifts beginning at six United States dollars (USD $6) recognize you as a Steward of Global Worship across five tiers — Great Worshipper, Sustainer, Patron, Benefactor, and Pillar — each carrying a luminous resonance badge displayed beside your name in prayers, testimonies, and live rooms. Gifts may be given once or on a recurring rhythm, and may be offered as dedications (in gratitude, in memory, or in honor of another) or directed toward sponsorship causes such as translation, bandwidth for under-resourced regions, and persistent prayer rooms. Recurring gifts may be canceled at any time through the billing portal; one-time gifts are non-refundable. Stewardship is an act of worship, not a purchase of access — every worshipper, with or without a gift, is fully welcome in the sanctuary.
6. Intellectual property
Hymn lyrics, public-domain works, and your own original prayers belong to their respective authors. Zamar holds no claim over your creative contributions; you grant us a non-exclusive right to display them to the global sanctuary while public.
7. No warranty
Zamar is offered as-is. Live audio, harmonization, and presence depend on networks beyond our control.
8. Changes
We may amend these terms as the platform grows. Material changes will be announced through the sanctuary.
